Does anyone have a lead on a "final" copy?... I could not
find evidence of any further work on this... LJ 20-Aug-2006
Note also that this seems to be deprecated in
https://collab.core.gov/CommunityBrowser.aspx?id=2609]
where it states... "This section represents work that ENDED
in early March 2006. It is somewhat obsolete, but not
completely so. This contains the current and previous
versions of the Federal XML Developers guide, now known as
the Federal XML Naming and Design Rules and Guidelines (NDRG)."
Work on this seems to have been restarted by the XML Schema
Interoperability Group (https://collab.core.gov/CommunityBrowser.aspx?id=2234
) which now has but a draft outline addressing XML
